HOURS Monday ,Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m; Tuesday 7:00a.m. - 5:30p.m.; Friday 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Office hours may vary on occasion.
EMERGENCIES In case of an emergency, please call the office at 546-6775 and instructions will be provided. We make every effort to see emergencies promptly.
LOCATION Our Office is conveniently located near the Northwest corner of Old Jacksonville Road and Veterans Parkway(Route 4). 1100 Rickard Road Suite A Springfield, Illinois 62704. Take Old Jacksonville Road West and turn right one block west of Veterans onto Rickard Road. We are about a block down on the right.
